Daniele Anderson
Daniele is a first-year MBA candidate at The Wharton School, bringing a wealth of experience in military and nonprofit leadership. She is a founder of Black Veterans Project and has held leadership roles at Black Economic Alliance Foundation and Color of Change. A U.S. Navy veteran and cancer survivor, Daniele is passionate about healthcare equity, veterans advocacy, and improving economic outcomes for marginalized communities. She is also a Robert A. Toigo Foundation MBA Fellow and Pat Tillman Scholar.
Analia Cuevas-Ferreras
Analia is a first-generation Afro-Latina and daughter of Dominican immigrants, driven by her passion for working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and social impact. Before attending Wharton, Analia served as a Manager at The Bridgespan Group, a nonprofit management consulting firm that partners with mission-driven organizations and philanthropists to address society’s most critical challenges and opportunities. She also worked at the United Nations World Food Programme, the world’s largest humanitarian organization, where she helped source and evaluate innovations aimed at disrupting hunger. Analia is also a proud recipient of both the Fox Fellowship and the Fulbright Research Scholarship, which supported her research on the intersection of immigration policies and welfare systems. She holds a BA in Political Science with honors from Yale University.
Gaelle Conille
Gaelle Conille is a first-year MBA student at Wharton, originally from Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Prior to Wharton, she spent five years in international development, most recently at the Gates Foundation, where she funded organizations working at the intersection of gender equality and macroeconomic policy. Her professional experience also includes roles at the World Bank and J-PAL (MIT), where she translated findings from rigorous impact evaluations into actionable policy recommendations for governments, implementers, and stakeholders. At Wharton, Gaelle serves as the CEO’s Research Assistant. She holds a Master’s in Development Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a B.A. in Global Affairs from Yale University.
Quintin Lassiter
Quintin Lassiter, Jr. is a first-year MBA candidate at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Quintin is originally from Newport News, VA, and previously worked at Deloitte Consulting and Toyota Ventures. Motivated by his pre-Wharton FinTech experience and electrical engineering undergraduate education, Quintin is passionate about leveraging technology to increase financial access for all.
Kendese Nangle
Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, Kendese graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Government. She spent her pre-MBA career in Kingston working within the Financial Industry, first as a Capital Markets Associate and then Investment Banking Manager. Through her work, Kendese developed an interest in financial literacy after witnessing firsthand how important a foundation in personal finance can be to those in underserved communities. Through the Coalition for Equity & Opportunity she hopes to continue advocating for financial literacy as a tool for empowerment and economic advancement.
Michelle Rusznak
Michelle is a current 1Y at Wharton. Michelle grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and attended Pomona College where she studied mathematics. Prior to Wharton, she worked in consulting at PwC, focusing on data & analytics and financial crimes technology.
Andrew Bassey Udofa
Andrew Udofa was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and is currently a first year MBA student at The Wharton School. A strong background in scientific research and a passion for shoes led him to pursue a Ph.D in Applied Physiology and Biomechanics at Southern Methodist University. Upon graduation he secured a job as a Research Scientist with Brooks Running in Seattle, WA. After two and a half years working on innovation projects at Brooks he took a unique opportunity to work with the Field Design Engineering team at Apple on fitness related projects. Andrew plans to pursue a career within the intersection of business, technology, and health.
Kenya Wright
Kenya Wright is a first year student at Wharton. She graduated from Vanderbilt University where she studied Medicine, Health and Society, and Human and Organizational development. She spent her career prior to Wharton in various roles in hospital strategy, operations and consulting. She plans to continue her career in health care working with companies aiming to advance health equity with innovative care models.
Kojoh Atta
Kojoh Atta hails from Ghana and grew up in Colombus, OH. Before Wharton he studied at Stanford University and worked as a venture capital in the Bay Area. After Wharton Kojoh aims to continue investing in Africa and across emerging markets.
Abigael Bamgboye
Abigael is a first-year MBA/MA candidate at The Wharton School and The Lauder Institute, with a passion for emerging technologies that can address pressing global challenges. She studied Engineering at Imperial College London and MIT, where her experiences in international development inspired her to pursue a MicroMasters in Data, Economics, and Development Policy. During this time, she recognized the importance of investment and commercial viability in bringing impactful technologies to life. This insight sparked her interest in business as a catalyst for change, leading her to a career in Management Consulting, where she drove initiatives for multinational organizations across Technology, Energy, and Clean Air. At Wharton, Abigael aims to deepen her expertise in scaling ventures at the intersection of ESG, technology, and business.
Allysha Davis
Allysha Davis is a first-year MBA candidate at The Wharton School, specializing in Social and Governance Factors for Business. She holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania and has experience as an Account Manager at Meta and a Brand & Content Marketer at Grubhub. At Wharton, Allysha is actively involved in the African American MBA Association, Wharton Impact Investing Partners, and the Social Impact Board, with plans to pursue a career in social impact after graduation.
Koyeawon Mendee
Koyeawon Mendee is a current first year student at Wharton. She graduated with a degree in International Business and Marketing from Northeastern University, and went on to work as a Global Product Marketing Manager for Pokemon GO. At Wharton, she is currently involved with Wharton Marketing club, Wharton 1Gen club, African American MBA Association, Wharton Africa Student Association, Wharton GUIDE, and more. She looks to major in Marketing and Operations.
Keerthi Suresh
After graduating from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Keerthi started career as a product developer at Konica Minolta, a technology company headquartered in Tokyo, helping kickstart their workplace digitization service. She previously worked at Nomura Research Institute as a Digital Transformation Consultant, in-charge of e-commerce projects. In 2024, Keerthi joined DG Daiwa Ventures, Japan’s Deep Tech VC firm, to help bring investments to Indian startups. Keerthi also started a cloud kitchen focused on empowering immigrant women to become financially independent.
Kelsey Page
Kelsey is currently an MBA student at Wharton with 5+ years of experience at top firms in venture capital and investment banking. She most recently worked at 500 Global across their Palo Alto, Mexico City, and Kuala Lumpur offices as a fund strategy advisor and growth equity investor. Prior to that, Kelsey was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in New York. Kelsey was born and raised in the SF Bay Area and earned her BA from Stanford University.
Eric Wang
Hailing from Atlanta, GA, Eric is a first year MBA/MA dual degree student at Wharton and The Lauder Institute at Penn. Prior to Wharton, he worked as a management consultant at Alvarez & Marsal, helping state government agencies and nonprofits across education, public health, health insurance, and social services with technology enablement, automation, and digital strategy. As an undergraduate student at Georgia Tech, he also led the launch of a student-developed app for behavioral health nonprofits that connected more than 20 providers across Philadelphia and Miami. Outside of work, he is passionate about cultural exchange and has coordinated DEI, affinity, and language education newsletters within his firm, his communities, and globally.
Angela Yao
Angela has a background championing impact through the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Most recently, she worked at Mongolia’s first and largest investment bank where she developed a carbon credit system for the nation. Prior, she worked at Deloitte as a consultant advancing COVID response through startup support and creating growth strategies for international nonprofits. She studied Industrial & Systems Engineering at Rutgers University.
